This is a reminder for the General Body Meeting (GBM) of the Staff Welfare Association scheduled for tomorrow, April 3, 2025. Please take note of the following points for a smooth and productive discussion:
- All agenda items were gathered from the respective group/category representatives before this meeting.
- Due to the number of agenda items, discussions will be time-bound.
- The meeting will start 15 minutes earlier, at 3:45 PM.
- All members are requested to maintain decorum and respect during discussions.
- The meeting is expected to conclude around 5:45 PM.
- Only the pre-decided agenda items will be discussed—no additional matters will be considered.
- If there are new agenda items, they can be raised in the last 5 minutes and will be considered for the next GBM.
- For any new agenda items, please submit them to your respective group/category representatives for inclusion in the next GBM.
- Members are requested to inform or seek permission from their respective reporting officers before attending the meeting.
